Help end gender inequality at the 'Home of Cricket'

Despite some progress, stark inequalities still exist - urgent action is needed from the MCC to ensure girls and women receive opportunities equivalent to their male counterparts. Sign our petition to ensure that the MCC raises the bar and commits to greater gender inclusion.

Equality at Lord's is a grassroots cricket organisation aiming to ensure that cricket is an inclusive game for all, regardless of gender. As the symbolic 'Home of Cricket', and having excluded women for so long, we believe Lord's have a responsibility to be at the forefront of change. We hope other grounds will also take action!

English cricket reached crisis point in 2021, with several high-profile allegations of sexism and racism; and more than 4,000 submissions of evidence received for the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC). Cricket is "facing a reckoning" and we aim to contribute to making it more inclusive and welcoming for all.

One of our current petitions asks the sponsors of Lord's to make their funding contingent on gender equality - sign it to encourage J.P. Morgan and others to take action!

We are currently seeking  ambassadors who are helping us to address inequities - please contact us if you are interested!
